1. Who processes your data

The contact person and data controller for processing the demand from this site is Mgr. Aleš Muselík. Questions and requests regarding privacy can be sent to ales.muselik@assetio.cz.

2. Contact form

We also process data that we use as a reference: name, e-mail or telephone, subject matter, message and preferred way and place of meetings. In addition, we process the preferred date, time in the EuropeanPrague band and place; the application is stored separately and the deadline is valid only after personal confirmation of Alešem. It also stores the time of dispatch, the recording of consent and the version of these informations.The purpose of the request is the handling of a query and the agreement of consultation, not the registration of a marketing report. The legal basis of the processing in this form is your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw it on the contact e-mail; the appeal does not change the lawfulness of the previous processing.

After sending, the demand is stored in a private repository of Lovable Cloud, a accessible web manager. Visitors cannot read or change foreign demand. The email notifications of the administrator are not active yet. Once they are involved, the message will only be sent to ales.muselikk' assetio.cz via Lovable Email service. The confirmation of the deposit is not a reservation of the deadline or confirmation of the email delivery.

3. assistant and voluntary improvement of responses

The assistant is not an Aleš person. It is not an artificial intelligence: the assistant answers only from the information stored on this site and from Aleš verified answers. Your questions and answers are not transmitted to any AI model provider or any other processor, the interview is not stored in the site repository and after the site is closed, it is deleted from the browser.

Only if you choose to send a query yourself, modify its wording and grant a separate consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPRs, will we save this individual query, the time of transmission and the version of consent to the private storage of Lovable Cloud for the assessment of Alešem. It is not about sending a request. Visitors' queries are never directly used as assistant knowledge. Only Aleš-certified general answer without personal data can extend the stored replies of the assistant and be publicly available.

The automatic deletion is not set. The transmission is voluntary and the refusal does not affect the assistant's answer. You can withdraw and remove the question directly after the transfer, or later write on ales.mulikkjkdeasseti.cz and state the code received for deletion. The assistant's welcome window only records its view in the current session of the viewer, not the text of the query.

4. Maintenance period and beneficiaries

The recipient of the demand is Mgr. Aleš Muselík. Technical processing is provided by Lovable guest and Lovable Clouds; after the connection of email notifications, Lovable Emails and the recipient box provider are not provided to other clients or publicly displayed.

The request is kept for the duration of the processing and follow-up communication. After the purpose or withdrawal of the consent is assessed, if it is not necessary to keep the data for any other legal reason. The fixed archiving period and automatic deletion are not yet set; the administrator will inform you of the specific time of keeping your submission on request. When establishing regulated advisory cooperation, you will receive information for this cooperation separately.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR conditions, you may request access, repair, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of claims, raise an objection and withdraw consent. Write to the above e-mail. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

6. Calculators, PDF and technical data

The calculators and PDF are calculated and created in your browser. Numerical inputs are not sent to the web administrators or stored on the server. The downloaded PDF is in your device; when sharing it you pass it to your selected recipients. The font and logo needed to create the document is loaded.

The hosting operator may process technical records necessary for the security and operation of the website. The contact form does not record its inputs to the permanent repository of your browser. However, the sent demand is stored in Lovable Cloud according to point 2.
